As many know we experienced a supplier loss, in 2023.  The videos below will explain the evolution of the problem below; an event we now call "Purple Rain".

With a new, very good supplier in place, these are the current timelines based on your ORDER DATE which is updated frequently, as we ship.  We are shipping and catching up QUICKLY.  I will summarize, we expect ALL back order to be caught up by the end of January, regardless of order date:

Early July through Sept 2nd ---> Shipped

Sept 2nd through approx Oct 8th --->Delayed Dec 23rd by UPS---> Shipped Jan 2nd (check email)  Only internationals prior to this date are held briefly (Internationals shipped)

Oct 8th through Nov 31 ----->SHIPPED (check your email for tracking)

Dec 1 through Dec 20th shipped ----> Shipped 2/6/24

Dec 20th through Jan 20th expected to ship 2/13 - 2/19 range approximately.

All remaining orders to current ship approximately end of February.

July 19th through Oct 11th -----> Shipped

Oct 11 through CURRENT ----> Shipped

Approx 29 units IN STOCK (ship within one week of order) as of Jan 16th 2023

------------Bezels-----------

Bezels got delayed due to the lighting situation below in the videos.  This lighting supplier failure, created the possibility that 200+ orders would need new lights and custom bezels made.  I held until mid October to forward bezels, at which point we then established a new square/round light supplier, which confirmed no bezel changes were necessary.  CAD for the bezels were forwarded to the mold company mid November.  We got put behind larger projects and the holiday rush.  We are pushing to have them ship before the Chinese New Year break overseas, which is Feb 3rd through the 14th.  

Bezels install in seconds, so DO NOT DELAY installing your light kit.  Secondarily, if you've ordered your lights AND bezels, we ship what comes available first.  Therefore if you have lights, they will ship before the bezels.  Once the bezels arrive, we will ship those to you directly.  Currently we have no box/packing solution for bezels and the light kit together.  For now, all ships separate.
