When will my order ship? What are the current timeframes?

KnightDriveTV is a small business, but we ship and build a tremendous amount of product via what is called "Just in time Manufacturing" methods.  We also build several products in a "Made to Order" fashion so headlights usually always have at LEAST a 1-2wk timeframe delay.  During periods of supply chain interruption, that timeframe can extend.

To get a specific update do the following:

1.  Search your ENTIRE email for "Knightdrivetv" as one word.  SPAM filters and gmail filtering will often cause you to miss a timeframe update email.  These emails are typically sent when production delays or issues affecting supply are impacting your shipment.  

IF NO EMAIL IS FOUND find your original email and verify your ORDER DATE then go to step 2

2.  Go to the product you ordered, here on the website, then scroll down in that products description.  Typically, the description will also outline the timeframe for delivery based upon when you ordered.

IF YOU NEED MORE SPECIFIC INFORMATION go to step 3

3.  If your order is BEYOND 3wks for delivery and you've been unable to find an email AND the product description doesn't give you enough information, call 702-807-3976 M-F 12pm to 4pm Pacific Time OR message directly to that number via text and I can confirm shipping timeline estimate
